We coordinate the work and keep the record. Qualified vendors, licensed where required, do the work.

Building Maestro keeps compliance records and coordinates qualified vendors. Vendors, licensed where required, perform inspections, tests, maintenance and repairs. Building Maestro is not a contractor, an inspection company or a property manager.

Repairs and fees

Repairs and maintenance are itemized by vendor, and the owner approves every quote. Building Maestro earns a coordination fee, disclosed before an engagement begins.

Vendor relationships

Any relationship with a vendor is disclosed before you approve the work.
