Engagement

How an engagement works.

Most owners start with a compliance review. What comes after is set to your buildings, and the fee is disclosed before you engage us.

I  ·  Three parts

Start with the review.

Compliance review

Where every engagement starts.

  • A walk-through of each building
  • Every required inspection identified
  • Dates checked against the records you have
  • A gap list and a first register

Fee quoted per building, in advance

The register

Ongoing compliance and record keeping.

  • The register, kept current
  • The due-date calendar
  • Qualified vendors scheduled
  • Deficiencies chased to closure
  • The file, kept audit-ready
  • One statement

Fees disclosed up front.

Coordination

Maintenance and other facilities work, when you want it.

  • A preventive maintenance calendar
  • Visits booked and confirmed
  • Itemized vendor quotes
  • Your approval on every quote
  • Tickets, photos and reports filed
  • Equipment and warranty records

Fees disclosed up front.

Fees are set to your buildings and shared before you engage us. Repairs and maintenance are itemized by vendor, and you approve every quote. Any relationship with a vendor is disclosed before you approve the work.

II  ·  Your records

The register and the file are kept for you.

Everything we gather and build for your buildings, from the register to the inspection reports, maintenance records, equipment records and repair records, is kept for you as the owner. Engagement terms are shared in writing before any work begins.

III  ·  Compliance review

Request a compliance review.

Tell us about your buildings. We'll reply by email to set up a conversation and share the fee for your buildings before anything is scheduled.
